CNA Student Requirements
To be eligible for enrollment in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, applicants must meet
- Age Requirement: Be seventeen (17) years of age or older.
- Criminal Background Check: Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: Provide documentation of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) skin test result or a negative chest X-ray report.
- Valid Government-Issued Identification: Possess a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license, state identification card, or passport.
- Enrollment Application: Complete and submit the program enrollment application.
- Enrollment Fee: Pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of $200.00. This deposit will be deducted from the total tuition cost.
- Uniform Requirements:
- One (1) pewter grey scrub set (top and bottom).
- Any color closed-toe shoes.
- A watch with a second hand.
- Tuition and Fees: All remaining tuition and associated fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
